This oversized, two-part white pear combines aesthetics, functionality and design in a useful home accessory with an unconventional design language and suitability for everyday use. It is made of polyester, a compostable material, and is produced in a resource-saving way to order using a 3D printing process. LA POIRE can be used to store a Wi-Fi router, Apple TV and other devices so that they no longer appear as a cluttered collection in the living room. A hole in the lower part of the bulb connects the cable strip to the socket. The bulb fulfills a purpose and surprises with its sculptural character.
